Robert E. Potrzebowski, Jr. is the sole shareholder and President of the Kohn Law Firm S.C. He attended Marquette University and the University of Wisconsin--Milwaukee, where he received his B.A. in Economics. Mr. Potrzebowski received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He is a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, serving on its Education Committee, and was a charter member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.

Mr. Potrzebowski has spoken before many local and national associations, including the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the Wisconsin Government Finance Officers Association and the Paralegal Association of Wisconsin, and has served as in instructor for Wisconsin's Municipal Clerks and Treasurers Institute.

Mr. Richburg attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and is certified as a Creditors' Rights Specialist by the American Board of Certification. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, serving its Young Members' Section Executive Council, and has lectured on residential evictions and post-judgment collection issues.

Robert W. Kohn is the founder of the Kohn Law Firm S.C. and remains active with the firm, primarily on an "of counsel" basis. He attended Marquette University and received his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He has been an active member of many local and national debt collection associations, including the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, where he served on that groups Board of Directors.

Mr. Kohn has been a contributor to numerous periodicals, has authored books on Wisconsin collection law and is a frequent lecturer on debt collection topics for various professional associations.. In addition, he has lectured at the University of Wisconsin Law School and the Marquette University Dental School. He is also a mediator and arbitrator, as certified by the University of Wisconsin--Milwaukee.
