The
placement of matters for collection
requires the following of stringent
guidelines under the firm's Standard
Operating Procedures, the ethics rules
and regulations required of all attorneys,
and the following of the Fair Debt Collection
Practices Act procedures.
All matters are screened for any conflict
of interest before any matter is accepted.
Signed fee agreements are required before
any client is represented. Proper documentation
and itemizations are required to substantiate
all charges.
Information that may be required
for the placement of any matters for
collection include the identity of
the proper creditor with full address
and telephone numbers; the proper
name and entity of the debtor(s),
complete with addresses and telephone
numbers. Dates that services were
rendered or charges made are required
to verify claims are within statute
of limitation dates.
Asset information is required for
post judgment execution. This may
be a bank account, an employer's name
and address, property ownership information,
etc. A certification statement is
necessary certifying the balance due
is correct.
Federal law requires us to advise
you that this communication may be
an attempt to collect a debt. Any
