All matters are screened for any conflict of interest before any matter is accepted. Signed fee agreements are required before any client is represented. Proper documentation and itemizations are required to substantiate all charges.

Information that may be required for the placement of any matters for collection include the identity of the proper creditor with full address and telephone numbers; the proper name and entity of the debtor(s), complete with addresses and telephone numbers. Dates that services were rendered or charges made are required to verify claims are within statute of limitation dates.

Asset information is required for post judgment execution. This may be a bank account, an employer's name and address, property ownership information, etc. A certification statement is necessary certifying the balance due is correct.

Federal law requires us to advise you that this communication may be an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
