Attorney Ambrosh is on the firm’s Board of Directors. He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology at Ripon College in 1998, and his J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2001. He began his tenure at Kohn Law Firm in 2003. In his role as General Counsel, Attorney Ambrosh handles the Firm’s legal compliance and defense work. Attorney Ambrosh has both written and lectured on legal topics relating to debt collection. In 2006, he was featured in the Wisconsin addition of Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in the area of Creditor/Debtor Rights.
Attorney Ambrosh is licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and Northern District of Illinois. He is also licensed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. In addition to being an active member of the Wisconsin and Illinois Creditors Bar Associations, he is also a member of the National Creditors Bar Association.
